DESCRIPTION

At the indicated time you will be picked up from the Cruise ship pier San Martin Pisco.

From 08:30 a.m to 09:00 a.m Our guide will wait for you in the cruises pier with your names in a sign once you had found our guide you will be conduted to our vehicle to start your tour program.

From the cruise pier to Paracas there is a 25 minute journey in our mobility.

Upon arrive in Paracas you will be taken to the tourist pier to leave for the Ballestas Islands.

Ballestas Islands Tour & Candelabro

10:00 a.m At the indicated time we will start the tour to the Ballestas islands (1 hour and 50 minutes by speedboat), during this tour we going to fifteen minutes in the Bay of Paracas to reach a similar figure the Nazca lines known as the candelabrum, here our guide will explain the different theories out there about this enigmatic figure, then fifteen minutes of travel we arrive at the Ballestas Islands where we will see rock formations and a variety of marine species, sea lions, Humboldt penguins, chuitas, guanays, pelicans, oystercatchers tendrils, thousands of sea birds, then arrive at the maternity sea lions, here we will see lots of baby sea lions, then return to the port of Paracas.

Then will be transferred to the local restaurant for lunch. (Lunch on your own).

Inca Ruins Tambo Colorado 

Afterwards we will board our transport to go to the ruins of Tambo Colorado.

Duuring the transfer (50 minuts) you will appreciate the valley of Pisco with the pisco river (we trough along the river) plantations and all the Villages on the way.

When you arrive to archeological area you will visit Museum and the protected area  with rocky ruins belonging to Inca culture.

Then we will walk (we scort you) a while to the Plaza, Center of  local government, representative of Central Power in Cusco.  Here there was also offering to God Sun. After we will see the rooms, towers, baños del inca (Inca shower room) also the bathroom for ACCLLAS (chosen ladies for The Inca).

TAMBO COLORADO: it was an Inca settlement based in Pisco valley, on right side of Pisco river.

Its name TAMBO COLORADO is due to predominant color of buildings and all the area.

This is one of the best conserved places in Perú. Tipically  tawantinsuyo style in everything also for architecture design. It presents the singularity of been made with “adobe” a sort of artisanal brick. This is an evidence that quechuas engineers were adapting to new coast area they were conquering

It was one of the most important politic center for administration in Inca Government.

It’s a group of mug brick building and artisanal wall here you can find mug maid buildings one of the best conserved in Perú.

After touring the ruins we’ll board our mobility to return for the City of Pisco and see the Plaza de Armas.

Then at the indicated time we will return to cruises pier San Martin.

15:30 hrs Arrive to the cruise ship pier San Martín Pisco.
