DESCRIPTION

Our private Huacachina buggy service is the best option for those who prefer not to take the group tour, as it allows you to avoid the 700-meter walk up a dune to reach the sand buggy parking area.

ITINERARY 

At your chosen start time, we will begin the dune buggy and sandboarding tour.

We will board the dune buggy to ascend the dunes surrounding the Huacachina Oasis, traversing a large part of the desert while performing thrilling maneuvers across the sand mountains. Along the way, we will admire the unique dune formations sculpted by the wind. We will also make stops for photos and pause at the higher points to try sandboarding; our driver and guide will safely teach you the proper technique. After sandboarding, you won’t have to exert yourself by walking back up the dune for another run; the buggy will drive down to meet you, allowing you to head back up the slope repeatedly. Finally, before returning to Huacachina, we will stop at the crest of a dune to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Oasis from above and watch the sunset. We will return to the Huacachina Oasis before taking you back to your hotel.
